CMCA held their first I CAN graduation where the parents gathered to celebrate. The parents filled out their POST Assessment Surveys and the last POST Tracking Survey.
Northeast Missouri Community Action located in Kirksville, Missouri finished I CAN’s Year 1 parent trainings on May 28, 2009.
Central Missouri Community Action located in Columbia, MO held a training on May 7, 2009. 250 families were trained, with over 430 people attending their I CAN event.
Economic Security Corporation of SW Area located in Joplin, MO sponsored an "I CAN" training on May 7, 2009. 87 families were training. ESC received over $10,000 in donations!!!
Ozarks Area Community Action located in Springfield, Missouri held their I CAN training on April 24, 2009. They trained 103 families.
YMCA sponsors an "I CAN" training in Kansas City on April 16th, 2009.
Community Services Inc. located in Maryville, Missouri held an in-service for their staff on March 20, 2009. A mock training was provided to give a better understanding of the training and to recruit more families to participate in the training.
